 Less affected by external factors:ess interference factors, the interference in Lowry method do not interfere this assay method, like K +, Na +, Mg +, Tris buffer, sucrose, glycerol, mercaptoethanol, EDTA and others.

 Good stability:it can be stored for six months at 2 - 8℃, good color stability.

Principle:

Accurately quantifying  total protein concentration is the one of commonly used and basic analysis methods in  research of Biochemistry. When add the brilliant blue reagent with brownish-red  coomassie to protein standards or samples, the anion of Coomassie  brilliant blue G-250 dye   bind to the -NH3+ of protein, the  solution turns blue. Measure the  absorbance of  solution  to determine the concentration of protein.
